“All products arrived in good condition and in good time. My only quibble is that everything came in four separate packages mailed from the UK (can now see why the shipping costs were so high!). I wonder if consolidating products might save on some shipping? The 4 copitas came in 2 different boxes, the glencairns in another, and the notebook in a fourth separate package. Kind of felt like Christmas unwrapping so many parcels.”
