“These arrived promptly, were as described and were delicious. The only slight negative is that several garnishes were packaged together which meant that once opened the second garnishes wouldn't keep for long.”

“If I could mark lower I would. I ordered, I waited, got the 'your package will be delivered today' I waited...nope. Thought okay allow 24 hours again, nope. I then contacted you (not vice versa) and found despite using auto fill, somehow our house name had been removed. They'll deliver tomorrow...No. Queried again and was told the weather was the issue...we had cold but sunny...Not impressed. Finally, customer services said they would monitor from their end, I waited, It didn't appear again. Apparently, marked as in transit. I gave up and asked for a refund. That was the only bit that worked. So service worse than dreadful.”
Hello and thanks for your review – we appreciate all feedback and we understand your frustration.
Unfortunately your order faced a couple of delivery issues that were out of our control.
Firstly, the order had an incomplete delivery address so DPD were unable to deliver the item on three initial attempts. We corrected the address on the order information on the morning of 22nd, after you’d contacted us on the evening of 21st.
Ordinarily it would then have been delivered on 22nd, but DPD reported delivery delays due to weather conditions. Again this is unfortunately outside of our control.
Later on the 22nd you requested we cancel the order and issue a refund, this was actioned on 23rd.
The above has all been conveyed to you over email, but we appreciate it’s still very frustrating when delivery issues occur and apologise on behalf of DPD for not making this process smoother.
We pride ourselves on prompt and helpful service, and in this case feel we did as much as we could to try and get the delivery to you.
