“04/10/2018 A little concerned as I have still not received the parts. Please confirm that you have despatched them. After a small problem with the delivery all is well. I was impressed that they rang me to explain the issue and take responsibility, plus offering compensation. The goods were reissued and arrived promptly and in good condition. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.”
