“The service was first class I contacted them because when the item arrived it was the wrong part it was my fault I had ordered the wrong one. I sent it back with the correct order number and it was delivered to me with no problem in two days . I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“All I can say is it came bang on time the only thing wrong is I ad a screw missing for my bag it only came with 1 screw, but I rang motocaddy direct and they sent me 2 screws within 2 days”

“Wow! I ordered a potentiometer online just after lunchtime; later that afternoon I received a text informing me that the item had been dispatched. To my surprise it was delivered the following day and I fitted it it that afternoon. Unbelievably efficient - a BIG congratulations and thank you to the shop. I thoroughly recommend the service.”

“Hallo, bin mit der bestellten Ware sehr zufrieden. Powacaddy-Front Wheel Housing Assembly und Powakaddy Upper Bag Stay. Sie passen perfekt auf meinen Powakaddy-Sport. Leider konnte ich diese Ersatzteile nicht in Deutschland bekommen und mußte dadurch hohe Versandkosten in kauf nehmen. Bestellung, Abwicklung und Belieferung waren sehr gut. Gerne wieder. DKV”

“Have used Electric Golf trolley Spares for a few years. Good website, they will answer any questions not covered by the website on the phone. Will take back components that don’t remedy the issue great for the amateur repairer. Orders appear promptly and post costs seem a lot less than other internet shops seem to use sensible sized packets to keep post costs down. They are the best.”
