“I made the wheel fit but the bolt could do with being a little longer”

“The spacer on this replacement front wheel was about 1/8th inch too long (or the bolt 1/8th inch too short) so the nut could not be attached to my Powakaddy FW7. Fortunately I had the original wheel and was able to use that bolt and fix the trolley. That said, the service was very good. The order was placed on Sunday and the replacement wheel arrived Tuesday morning.”

“Hi The new MotoCaddy rear wheels are perfect. I have just thrown away the old wheels which were also perfect apart from the two clutch springs that went wrong. Why can't we persuade the manufacturers to sell the springs if only to avoid totally unnecessary plastic waste when discarding a perfectly usable product. I am currently looking into replacement springs from a local manufacturer and will keep you informed. I know MotoCaddy like to make more money but if they did the right thing by the environment maybe there reputation would go up along with their sales. Regards Martin”

“What a fantastic service! I ordered my new wheel late Wednesday evening , hoping that it might arrive in time for Saturday but not really expecting it too.
