“We express our gratitude to ElevateOM for their exceptional work in building the Lusanglo Services website. With much appreciation for their expertise, we launched successfully in September 2023 and are excited to offer our service users an outstanding online experience. Despite encountering some errors during the initial web design, ElevateOM demonstrated professionalism and promptly addressed the issues. We appreciate the support and availability of Anuj Garg and Chris Obinarion in providing us with expert guidance and clarification throughout the technical stages of the web design and daily communications. “Chris Obinario showed excellent administive skills, keeping her level head in the heat of things and kept reassuring me when I lost my temper. It is 10/10 for her. The developer Avinash Sharma was a excellent example of a professional. He bent over to adjust the website until I was completely satisfied. His show of professionalism is unrivalled.”

“According to my previous experience with them: Terribly unprofessional, incapable to do their job, lack of transparency, not serious company. Not Recommended at all, stay away, avoid at any cost.”

This is a shame to see. We pride ourself on excellence and have a great reputation due to this. We have not heard from this client in many months.

“ElevateOM went above and beyond in offering their support to PEX. Our concept stood out, and they allocated additional resources beyond our expectations to transform our vision into a tangible reality. They were receptive to constructive feedback, and we also heeded advice from essential stakeholders. Constructing a website is a process that requires time and shared understanding, which blossomed during its development. Their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was unwavering. A heartfelt thank you to Maria, Tim, Corey, Miguel, and Anju for their exceptional contributions.”

“Everything worked really well, quick responses to any emails I had etc. There were a few niggles with the site going live etc., but Avinash and Cristine were quick to sort them out. My website is now so much more colourful and easier to operate than before. I'd recommend this company for any website development.”

“Corey came in on the project way down the line, but did an excellent job of understanding what was needed, revamped and delivered a wonderful design. He is quick, communicative and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him for your website needs. Thank you again Corey.”

“The end result is exactly what I wanted as I had asked for my original design to be retained. Chris ensured this happened and Anju made a good job with the content. There have been a few communication problems but other than that good value for money and would recommend.”

“I went with ElevateOM as the price seemed good for what they was offering and plus being local and in the UK. I was told by linzi before I paid it would include all the meta tags and keywords and meta descriptions being done from fresh which I found out wasn't included which was the main reason why I went for a new website so its all seo optimisation for Google but anuj the website designer copied across some of my meta titles and meta descriptions from the old website the website does look better than the old site but without having all the basic on page seo the website wouldn't be found on Google also found it hard to get through on the phone to the person I wanted to speak to. If I use ElevateOM again I will make sure all that they say is in writing customer service was good while anuj was doing the website any changes wasn't a problem through emails”
