“As usual, this company is prompt in responding to requests for assistance and they sort out my issues rapidly. In the early stages of my setting up my website I contacted them frequently and they were always patient and helpful with my clear lack of knowledge about Wordpress and website creation! I can't recommend them highly enough!”

“They were very communicative via the main contact held, However, I found there were things sometimes missed a few things and not being able to communicate with the admin support invoicing office caused delays and concern when there are deadlines to adhere to. overall satisfactory but could improve in a couple of areas to be excellent. phone system would also be good if there were people to take calls when they are being made to any department.”

“Very poor customer service and technical support. I have been without emails for a week, all emails seemingly blocked - my business has effectively ground to a halt. No urgency, understanding from Elevateom all week - 'We will contact you with an update in due course - apologies for the inconvenience - - have a nice day'. I was told that the technical supervisor would phone me back with an update, but received a standard email reply instead. 10+ years as a paying customer and this is what I have to experience. The only available telephone/email contacts have a poor grasp of both my issue and have English as a second language. Communication is poor. Impossible to speak to a senior member of staff.”

Thank you for your review. Yes, we do have a number of foreign and UK based staff. Covid hit a lot of companies hard and we have undergone many changes to better suit the current UK climate and are constantly making improvements where we can. Sorry about your email issue. We are currently migrating all accounts to a more reliable, secure server, though naturally, this does take time as we need to reset SMTP for all sites that have emails of which are affected. We are doing our best to rectify this as soon as possible.

“Chris and Avinash have been amazing throughout. They pay great attention to detail and listen to what we want as a client, they are very responsive and successfully complete every task we ask them to do. “seems nice people , but only issue is alot of the time theyre talking to me as if im a web designere myselfor an expert in IT, so i do struggle understanding some of the information they send me, but generally a decent company”

“Elevation OM told me they would not stop working on my website until Iwas happy. They kept to their word. Avanash, one of the web developers has worked so hard to get it how I want it , delivering every tweak I requested. Alegria, his Manager, has provided episodic review to ensure that everything is going to plan. Credit to the company.”
