I bought a beautiful bracelet that unfortunately the clasp broke not long after purchasing it. I contacted customer services and they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I sent a photo of the broken bracelet and they offered to send out a replacement which I have received swiftly. Fantastic customer service, I would definitely recommend.
