“A few months have passed since I requested a withdrawal, and I have yet to get the money in my bank account. The money in my wallet mysteriously vanished shortly after I made the request. After becoming frustrated with the lack of communication and updates, I made the decision to contact RESOXIT. Fortunately, they assisted me in getting the money back. Although I'm glad the matter was ultimately settled, I was disappointed by the length of time and the lack of openness.
