Good insights that can be applied right away in practice, not the theories that I’ll forget instantly. “This whole communal learning project is aint' that bad to be honest. If the people are of right expertise, then they can reall help to get the market better, but this only works in a scenario where your mentors and people you speak to have more experience, because you won't be learning much from the guy with same experience. Turns out they have some veteran traders who can share ther knowledge and this is great. Btw learning at your own pace is critical, but there should be some time limit as well, so people just don't abandon.
