“Rapidly delivered crushed box with wrong kits
I have already mentioned these 2 issues to the store. The wrong kit was explained in meticulous detail taking up much of my valuable time. They never bothered to take action.
Secondly, despite paying £4.50 for P&P they still like sending my kits in a crushed box. The incorrect kits were undamaged but I could do without the anxiety as I have already told them. As for their hackneyed platitudes I can only say I’m unimpressed. The order arrived quickly so an extra star for that. I’m certain they could fix these issues if they had the will”
“I was late ordering some paint & tape, dreading a long wait due to CV 19 problems, but no! All arrived, nicely packed, via DPD within about 3 days. Thank you eModels.
Delivery was pricey, but I guess that’s what happens when you buy spray paint by mail order.”
