Had I not been familiar with walking poles I would have had problems adjusting them to suit me. They also did not have the Fizan logo on the straps as shown on the website. i was initially concerned that they might not be genuine. ”

“ Had to chase up delivery, though they were very helpful when I contacted them. Unfortunately I realised too late that they had sent the wrong item colour - had chosen them specifically to get a certain colour but by the time I noticed, garment had been worn so didn't bother trying to change it. ”
