Hamza sent through the returns slip and then found the correct PCB for me (which I installed myself via watching one of the online videos they provide - tumble dryer works perfectly!) Got the new part and Hamza sorted out my refund, absolutely no hassle even though I didn't have a tracking receipt for the returned part I highly recommend everyone to use eSpares for parts and have a go at doing it yourself.

Unfortunately i ordered the wrong part but contacted their customer service and they talked me through the returns process.

I recently purchased a grill pan from E-spares but, when it arrived, the handle was missing from the box. I contacted E-spares, who sent a replacement out. This arrived the following day. They sent me an e-mail with a returns label so I could return the one with the missing part at no cost to me. Well impressed with their customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Although they sent the wrong part their returns procedure was faultless and when I re-ordered the item it was with me overnight. Their illustrated part catalogue is just what I needed to identify the part and has served me well in the past.

I ordered some fridge handles but got size/ product wrong, eSpares returns service was excellent, I have yet to fit the correct handles which came two days later but am certain they will be fine ,great service , such service goes a long way with costumers keep it up. Derek

I ordered parts for the vacuum cleaner which arrived promptly. Unfortunately I had to return them as I could not use them. The returns process was simple and straight forward. The company also refunded the money and emailed me an acknowledgement. The service provided by eSpares was excellent and very professional. In today's hectic life its good to deal with a professional company and gets things done. Thank you.
