I mistakenly received different grips that didn't fit my mouse, the customer service I received to rectify this mishap was exceptional, they immediately sent out the correct grips with 1st class delivery and provided me with a steam game code to apologise. Now that I have the correct grips, I couldn't be happier with the quality feel and the design, I just wish I purchased these sooner.
