“The paper had great content and very well written. However the writer texted me only 4 hours before the deadline to tell me she couldn’t upload the document I sent her. I didn’t have my laptop with me but luckily I was able to send her a lucid the instructions. More notice of being able to access the instructions would have been helpful.”

“I am very satisfied with the ease of placing my order and the actual order. However, there is a bit of confusion or unorganized way to check on the order. Nevertheless, I do highly recommend using this website. I placed an order and within 2 days, my order was complete (even though I gave a 1 week deadline)!”

“I've been using EssayPro for about three years and only had one bad experience. I definitely recommend giving enough time for the writers to come up with your paper for their best work possible. Also give yourself time to go in and proofread and add your own personality to the paper for fluidity. The more time for the paper the cheaper the rate is and most likely you may get your paper back before the due date. Overall, I recommend to those who have writer's block and not very strong with writing. Customer service is great and they will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.”

“Overall, this is a great site to help you with your assignments. When life gets too busy, I tend to fall back on EssayPro for help. I do recommend a slight change or add-on. If each bidder could please inform what their primary language they use would be helpful. I typically always proofread and add my own personal input and words into an assignment. One particular time, a bidder was chosen by similar background but found out later that she was from Britain and used a lot of English wording that spell check and editor does not pick up on. Demographics definitely play a big role in writing papers.”

“It's a fantastic and convenient service if you can find the right writer for you that is consistent. It took me a while to find a few myself. When I first started using the service I came across some people that did terrible work and tried to get them to fix the problems but ultimately I found if they couldn't get the instructions right the first time they won't get it at all no matter how simple you make it for them. Eventually, I did find a few people that I use every time that gets the job done. These are their names: Lucas I. - to date, he has a 98% success rate and a 5.0 rating. Johnny J. - to date, he has a 97% success rate and a 4.9 rating Angela Z. - to date, she has a 98% success rate and a 4.9 rating Even if you happen to get a bad writer you can always count on customer service to get your money back so long as you can prove that the paper gave you a bad grade or was plagiarized.”

“Good value for what you get. Some writers are horrible and write complete gibberish but once you find a competent writer that charges a decent rate you'll be happy with the service. Would love to see a rewards system.”

“The Administrative arm is 100% Outstanding. I never have issues with QA, Customer Service, Credits, and Refunds. They are ALWAYS customer-friendly, fast, reliable, and understanding when an error occurs. I would give them 5 stars if only for this one MAJOR problem: the writers are NOT always reliable. My biggest issue is that many writers DO NOT have a Command of English, proper grammar, and standard "American" colloquial skills for academic writing. Many are on here to make money but are NOT native English speakers and have ZERO experience in Academic writing. In many of my contracts, I have found citation mistakes, sentence structure errors, grammar mistakes, and an overall lack of Master's or Doctoral-level writing skills. Many write like they are 1. Still learning ESL, or 2. at the Grammar School level. The biggest frustration is when you spend the money to hire a writer and don't know the quality of the person's skills you are getting. Second, you have to edit yourself heavily (so what am I paying you for?). And third, when you get the work and have either QA cancel the order or have the project rewritten, you have a deadline that puts pressure on having to do the work over. There needs to be a better way to monitor the quality and qualifications of the writers and their work - especially based on whether they can write at the level of the contract they accept. I don't know if a High School graduate with no Higher Education is accepting a contract to write a Doctoral Research Paper. Or if someone who has no spoken or written English skills is writing my Master's Thesis? By and large, this is a good platform, but it does have many flaws insofar as its writers are concerned. It's always a "hit & miss" situation. And very bad when you get a horrible writer.”

I wish EssayPro had a Quality Assurance department that checked a writer's paper before it was uploaded to the customer.”
