“The first order was cancelled by Essentials4trave, allthough I had a reciept, that money was transferred to Essentials4travel. No help was provided from the company. After my research and a new order the luggage was delivered in accordance with my wishes.
Throug the second order it was not possible to trace the order, som I was a bit surprised when the luggage arrived without prior notice.
But the luggage was in accordance with my order and I'm happy with it.
