Dear Sakda. Thank you for taking the time to award us a one start review. With respect, I would suggest that the time may have been better spent reading the multiple emails that I sent you explaining the situation. As you point out, your were instantly refunded by us as unfortunately we were unable to fulfill your order. As you may or may not be aware, Paypal payments & refunds are instantaneous . However, Credit/Debit card refunds take one or two days. Certainly here in the UK. This is the banks doing and not ours. Things may be different in Thailand. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused and trust that your refund will have by now reached your bank. Kind regards. Mick

“Impossible de trouver ces pièces chez les grands distributeurs de parts... ? Eurocarcare. Expedition dans un temps RECORD à l'étranger, rien de superflu... Je ne croyais pas que des entreprises de ce genre existaient encore, il n'y a qu'en UK qu'on trouve de tels passionés. merci. “Euro Car Care are a breath of fresh air. It is so satisfying to be confident that you are buying the right part, and that best possible advice is always available. Service is first class and demonstrates real commitment to customers. Would not go anywhere else. I am in Brisbane, Australia and Euro Car Care runs rings around the service and reliability that I had been receiving locally. Well worth a slightly higher freight cost…….and even then parts arrive more quickly than they had from local suppliers.”

“Deadly service, only fault was the postage. Id rather it was just sent Royal Mail or something rather than TNT. £17 shipping for a £2.50 o-ring is a little mad, but still happy that I got it and great service otherwise!”

Thank you Tony. We does our best. Historically TNT have been both efficient and cost effective. Virtually bullet-proof for many years. We did start out using Fedex a number of years ago, but we had to drop them. What a shower. So when they announced the merger our hearts collectively dropped. It has taken a good couple of years for the crapness to invade the system like some sort of corporate cancer, but it is slowly happening, and we are very sad about this. We hope things will improve with time. Thanks again Tony
