“From the moment that we started placing orders with Everything Branded we have had a smooth and transparent experience with updates on our orders, any delays we may experience and help with making sure our products are value for money. This has all been because of our account manager called Reece Lockwood. Reece continues to support us as a charity, often recommending products which he thinks might be useful or offering alternatives to save us money - it's also great that he likes the branding! “Slightly difficult website to navigate, but fortunately Billy was prepared to help me find exactly what I needed. He was articulate and quick with his responses and very professional. He suggested an alternative to the first bag I was looking at which was much better solution for what we needed. Payment options were clearly explained and delivery dates were accurate. When we wanted amendments made to the logo it was done quickly and fuss-free. Bags are good quality and look like the proofs.”

“I had a very tight deadline for a print run of bags and notepads. Callum Burton was my only point of contact throughout the process and he was absolutely excellent. He chased up all necessary suppliers and delivery companies including a last-minute potential hitch which he sold. The overall results and quality of the merchandise was first class and has been widely commented on. I would particularly like Callum to be recognised for his work internally however this is done. Thanks Jon”

“Louis Henry was very quick to respond to my online enquiry and ordering was very easy. The power banks I ordered arrived promptly and I was happy with how they looked. It is too early to say how good the product is as not been used enough yet, but assuming they are ok, I would definitely use again in future.”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish from Billy. We used Everything Branded to produce some half pint glasses for our wedding. They were easy to communicate with to make adjustments on the artwork mock-up before fixing the design and then the production and delivery were both very speedy and everything arrived in good time. The result was excellent and were a real hit at the wedding. Thank you!”

“Louis Henry, provided excellent service and did everything he said he would, his communication was 1st class, the pens were at the best price around, delivered very quickly to my tight deadline and are of excellent quality. Thanks louis , I'll endeavour to give more notice with our next order.”

“After just looking online I came across Everything Branded and the choice and pricing seemed incredibly reasonable. I had a nigh on instant reply to my enquiry, from Rebecca Fenn- and we went from there! I ordered a sample of a trolley token first, i was sent the old style £1 one which i know isn't widely acceptable anymore; but Rebecca quickly got me the new one out which was great. Once I had confirmed I was happy my artwork was approved very shortly after and then the dispatch was a few days after that. Very happy, and should we need further products I would definitely return to this site.”

“I originally contacted Everything Branded through their website. I put in an enquiry and was swiftly contacted by Hiral. Hiral help with designs and answered any queries I had quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with from enquiry to order. We ordered Pads, Pens & T-shirts and cannot express how happy we are with the quality of not only the products but the services also. I would without hesitation recommend this company for any requirements you may have. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.”

“I have ordered several times from Everything Branded - orders have included beach balls, sunglasses, lanyards - always a great service from my Account Manager, Jai, and always great branded products received. At times, I have had tight deadlines but Jai has always tried to accommodate these. Would recommend this supplier!”

“Man, unfortunately everything went wrong. Product quoted quickly, pricing quoted was loaded with fees that are not clear before you request a quote. I was jammed up so proceeded as I need the mugs quickly. Needless to say, they do not stock anything or have accurate information on available products. Products did not arrive on time. I now have mugs a week late, that I do not need. If you want upfront pricing and quick delivery you ought to shop elsewhere.”
