“Customer service has been exceptional all the way through the processes, Alice was the one dealing with my enquiries from choosing the best product, to designing it and so on. “I asked for a sample prior to placing my order and was told I did not have enough time to receive it in spite of placing my order a full 5 weeks prior to the event. Although I asked as many questions as possible, the product was not at all what I expected. It was flimsy and cheap looking. It was so bad, that I was actually embarrassed to give them out, so I ended up not using them, and they are still sitting in a box untouched. I will never again use a third party who has no familiarity with the products being sold. What a waste of hundreds of dollars.”

“I had a problem with getting the wrong print on the notepads, not the signed off design. It took a few weeks but did get the right one delivered. Everything else has been of a good quality and good delivery. Thank you Reece for resolving my query.”
