“Good service, Billy was good, ensured there was follow up. Payment problems on the Everything Branded online payment portal but the accounts team were happy to open an account to ensure the products were manufactured on time. Delivery was good, product worked and was fit for purpose.”

“Emma provided prompt advice and friendly service to a novice of charity merchandise purchasing. The goods were required on a very tight timescale and arrived with a day to spare. The quality of the printing is good and has been apprecated by SOHS Devon, as part of our drive to raise funds, thereby extending our opportunity to support NHS staff and service provision in Devon.”

“Having worked in marketing for nearly a decade, I can honestly say this is the worst vendor I have ever worked with. The salesperson was degrading and unprofessional, calling me "hon" and "sweetheart" in every correspondence, and refused to send me a sample. I regretfully proceeded, and was sent a product that did not have batteries (although this was not listed anywhere on the website, the quote, or in correspondence), adding hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours of staff time to buy and insert batteries. Much worse, they butchered our logo and did not follow the confirmed proof. When I asked for a refund or replacement, after weeks of follow-up, they only offered a $70 refund of the set-up charge. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Stay far far away!!!”

“I appreciated the communication throughout the order process. I was kept in the loop when something didn't go as planned, but also needed to follow up to make sure everything gets done. Although there was a bump in the road, things eventually worked out to my satisfaction.”

“I place an order for lapel pins with our company logo on, from start to finish the company were very helpful, I had a lot of help and support from Umar Patel who kept me informed of all the processes, the lapel pins were excellent and delivery was first class.”

“Everything Branded as a name that already gets my entrepreneurial side excited.....so when I called to order I was pleasantly surprised to get Regina who shall be called Everything Great and Professional!! Regina ensured that my first order of spatulas was exactly what I wanted and I was so impressed it prompted me to order Branded Measuring Cups!!! I'm so excited that I'm calling this week to order Branded oven mitts!!! Regina makes you feel comfortable, she is not pushy and she delivers every time. “We placed an order with a very tight deadline with Everything Branded earlier this week. Beth Lewis, our account manager, helped refine our product design and pushed for express delivery so that we recieved it on time. She was really helpful despite working around our tricky circumstances. The product was exactly what we wanted!”
