“We were supposed to have special company rates and we did when we were first introduced to EVOGO, however now when we mention this, no one seems to know or have any understanding of our account. Unfortunately trying to communicate with the sales team is difficult, responses are vauge and far and few between. Contracts appear to change when it suits EVOGO and i have received a few blunt emails asking for my vehicle back - no phone calls no real customer service or providing me with list of available or up coming vehicles. Prices seem to be on the increase - very disappointing. I'm considering handing my vehicle back in and ending my contract with EVOGO.”

“Hello I have just ordered my 3rd car through evogo and have had no problems it's quick to change over cars around half hr it is a bit pricey but you are getting new car every 9 months or so with no hassle it's worth it for peace of mind I got sick to death of getting second hand 3/4 year old cars and having nothing but trouble so I will continue useing evogo for as long as poss . Only thing witch isn't really prob they only have one place in Sheffield and I live in Portsmouth so long day out to change cars over but hopefully they may expand in time”

“Third time I have used Evogo and I can completely recommend them without hesitation to anyone! I love the service that they provide and the flexibility that comes with it. The staff are wonderful, it's a joy to meet with them each and every time I collect my new vehicle! I hope to continue to use Evogo going forward as it really, really works for me. “Good experience all round. Particularly impressed that my handover adviser stayed late when the handover took an hour rather than half an hour! Good explaining of the full legal docs, didn't feel rushed through the small print. Lovely car- great drive. Happy customer :-)”

“Evogo launched an excellent and exciting way to bring car leasing to the market. Sadly the dumbing down of choice and the miscommunications of some of its sale staff has meant it now appears more about bringing in average cars, shoving punters in them for a 3 to 6 month period and then making its money via resale....... such a shame to move from an exciting marketing company to a boring transactional company.... truly gone backwards”
