“Ordered and paid for a product online. Unfortunately when it arrived I found that it wasn't exactly what I required. Contacted the company by phone, explained the situation and was instructed to return the item for a full refund. Good to deal with, no hassle.”

“The product was exactly what I wanted, and the price was good too. It's a pity though that the courier was Royal Mail, as RM don't give any notification as to what day or time the delivery would be made. Consequently, I did not go out the house for three days, as I didn't know when the delivery would be.”
