“The process of ordering and paying is good nice and easy. Response to emails is quick. Unfortunately I never got a answer to my question. It took over two weeks to deliver my item. The answer to my question that I sent. " when do you anticipate that I will recieve it" response was " a note has been made on your account. It dispatched on 24 hrs track." it was still another 4 days until it arrived. I now will go direct to tefel for replacement parts as I needed it quicker than I got it.”
