“Ordered part from Hotpoint directly and after waiting 4 weeks contacted them to ask where the order was and it was not in stock. Tried ordering the same part from Ezee-Fix and it came within a few days! Result! Will definitely use this company for spare appliance parts in future”

“I ordered a pan support for the right side of my cooker as the old one broke. The item arrived promptly and fits perfectly on my cooker. I would be happy to buy the left sided one but at present the item is unavailable. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the purchase. Many thanks.”
