“Despite sending wrong item, replacement was swift and delivery prompt. Cannot be faulted for communication or delivery once error identified Free returns only applicable for Royal Mail. Fortunate Childminder lives in NI so could avail of it, otherwise it would have been more complicated”

“Ordered a part and was delivered very quickly but unfortunately broken. Contacted the office in Derry and had another one 24 hours after this. Only quibble would be original order was a genuine spare but the replacement is generic. Working fine though. Will use Ezee Fix again.”
