“Replacement handle for anti fry arrived without screws and could therefore not be attached to appliance - basically useless. I sent four emails asking for advice but all were ignored, email addresses used were on the invoice and website; I assume emails were delivered as I did not received ‘unable to deliver’ notification. Made a phone call explained situation and was promised that screws would be put in post that day, screws arrived following day - very good service. Star grading has been marked down because of the very poor response to emails and this requires great improvement. As regards the item screws with a slotted or cross slot would be easy than the screws provided, however this is probably a matter for Tefal rather than Ezee-fix.”
