Dear Customer, your review "apparently" sugests that item wasnt sent, When you contacted us , we provided full paperwork (proof of dispatch)with Royal Mail tracking number, also we provided offical note from RoaylMail , they inforn , that there is strike industrial action taken acros all country , Strike action dates : November 30th, 1st December, 9,11,14,15 December , all sorting permises affected , also companies like DPD affected as using Royal Mail sorting offices . All info was provided to you . you have tracking number so you can ask local sorting office as only local offices can help llocate your parcel P.S. Your Order was placed 30th November 8pm, so was dispatched at working hours 1st December with fastest 24h Royal Mail service. Please kindly edit your misleading review Thank You
