“It was delivered within the estimated date. The Filter is good value for money. It is a combination of charcoal and felt. Being of generous size it needed some trimming with scissors i.e. ideal for fitting. The felt side (fawn colour) faces outwards with the black (charcoal) facing inwards [upwards?]. Make sure that you have the correct size for your hood as there are smaller sizes on the market. I would have thought this one would suit most, if not all, cooker hoods. In my cooker hood this is the primary filter pad but there is also a second, circular carbon granules filter for re-circulation. This may also need changing.”
