“Bought a Golf R32 from up in Scotland from the falkirk garage last month. The guy who dealt with me was called Boydy. He was was great to deal with and always kept me updated with what was going on. When I bought the car and got home I noticed that the gear box wasn't right. They ended up reconditioning my gearbox and the car now drives perfect. While having this done they were able to give me curtesy cars to get about. Due to this I would consider buying though this car salesman again!”

“F1 autocentre in Harlow Essex Good workmanship but ohhhh soo slow Took over 3 hours to change 4 tyres and do a alignment People standing around with no real zip in the step”

“There was an issue with my tyres not being delivered to the centre when I showed up at my appointment, so I had to go back at a later time. The customer service dealt with that, they apologised and gave me a compensation for the inconvenience caused.”
