“Great service as I ordered the wrong underlay and they got in touch to advise me the correct underlay for my flooring. I was so grateful as this would have had a massive impact with time off work and the fitter for getting it laid on time. Thanks FDF.”

“Delivery arrived a day late, waited in all day on both days for it to arrive at 4pm with only one of the two items ordered. No update on when the other item is due to arrive as bank holiday. Ordered it for this weekend so I could fit it but now unable and having to source the other item myself to sort the missing item! Delivery company is extremely difficult to get hold off, been on hold numerous amounts of time for 45 minutes and more!”

“Easy to put through an order on the website but had a few issues with delivery as the order was put on hold as I had ordered an underlay not suitable for the flooring and this was questioned and then refunded when it was decided we didn’t need to underlay for the vinyl. When we finally got the delivery we were shocked to find we’d potentially received the wrong length as it stated 3 metres but when we rolled it out it was 4x5 as ordered. I think more clear measurements on the delivery is needed and also a bit rude on the phone so customer service could be better. The vinyl is very thin and can rip easily but once the flooring was laid we are very pleased with it as a cheap alternative to herringbone wood and would order again. Lots of choices on the website and reasonable prices to suit all budgets.”

“After waiting weeks, I was told my flooring was out of stock and was not given any date for restocking. However, the flooring still shows as "in stock" for immediate delivery on the website. So they are selling a product they don't have, and don't have any idea of when it will be in stock, if ever. So beware if you order from them, they will take your money but not have your order in stock !”

“Arrived on time, however during laying it was found to be under the 5 metres ordered. Asked for replacement but tol it had to be returned in good order as delivered and no refund. I was told I would have to unroll it before laying to check the length. Complete incompetence on there part.”

“First order was good fast delivery etc, second order received a confirmation email with delivery date for the following day, however didn't receive anything i had to call on the Saturday to ask ( they said i didn't make any orders then I had to send my bank statement eventually they fund it, not an apology or anything delayed my job for 3 days and was paid less because of it! Shame I always used them now don't think so.”

“Amazing, honest company, we ordered underlay which we didnt need and we received an email from the company letting us know that we didnt need it, they refunded our money and only sent what was required. Delivery was really quick too.”
