“This is my second dealings with Fair Investment and quite pleased with the handling of my applications. However, I am rather sadden by the level of charges of 3%, which should be universal regardless of the amount of investment. As it stands currently, it represents penalizing low investors, which in my view is unfair.”

“Fair Investment Company sets out to market term-investment opportunities, primarily FTSE-linked investments, in a clear and comprehensive manner. Whilst there is an arrangement fee of 3% generally to pay upfront, the advice I personally received whilst processing my most recent investments was excellent; the process also being a seamless and efficient one, despite the close deadlines.”

“I found references to fees rather confusing. Although I ended up sending the correct amount for charges I was unsure and also unsure about what figure I was to enter in the application form regarding fees and charges.”

“I have always found Fair Investments to be good. My only criticism is that when an investment matures say like my Investec plan when I reinvested it into another follow on Investment plan I am charged 3% by Fair Investment even though I receive no advice and made my own decisions. This means a plan paying 6% on maturity half of that profit is lost by processing it to another plan or even withdrawing the money costs me half my profits.”
