“I rented a 25 passenger party bus from this company and the experience was terrible.
First, they sent the wrong bus. We paid for a 25 seater and were given a 20 seater instead. This caused space issues for our group and was not what we agreed on.
The bus itself was old and poorly maintained. It had a strong bad smell the entire time. The interior lights were flickering on and off, which made it feel unsafe and unprofessional.
The driver’s behavior made things worse. He was smoking weed during the ride, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful when we brought up our concerns.
We paid good money for this rental and did not receive what we were promised. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional party bus service.”
