“About a month ago I contacted about solving the problem of crediting funds. The ETA was set at 7 days, after 9 days I received an automatic letter stating that the status of the request was closed, although the request is still pending. However, there were no message that someone is working on the status of my application.
I reminded them about the letter - and there is still no response since July 4th, it feels like the platform does not work with money, but provides government services (becuase of speed theirs responses).
I won’t say anything about the dark patterns that were used in the development of the site and were not user-friendly design format.
In addition to the fact that the system is made anyhow, they also use a terrible ticket system for responses, which the operators forget to answer. There is no way to talk to a real person from technical support. It feels like the company doesn't care about its customers at all, I got my money out,simply with the help of Fosterboon.org, I will never invest in this platform again, and I will advise you to contact Fosterboon.org for all your chargeback.
