“We love the product, but for some reason I could not get a tracking for my 2nd item that came a few days later. I wasn't sure if it was coming or not. Tracking up dates was not telling me anything. I would have gave it a 5 star, because the products are nice, but just problems with the shipping was not fun to wonder if my product was coming or did I just lose my money.”

“I was very very skeptical of ordering from this company and emailed them several times. I was shocked that I got a response right away. Customer service is A+. I was scammed prior by other companies and I was nervous. In my opinion Falwell is amazing! I recommended x10. My son received his gift and called me saying, “mom!” This is amazing, we love it.
