The Badger Face half leg of lamb was magnificent, in my opinion: tender, studded throughout with flavour, almost game like. To be highly recommended.
The order was straightforward to make, the delivery was as advised. The chill packs were still frozen solid, on arrival. The packaging except for the two polythenes bags that contained the ice was all recyclable. I would have no hesitation in placing another order.

Good service with prompt delivery. I purchased the salt cured beef brisket, which I received and promptly made slow cooked 'corned beef'.
Very, very good piece of meat, this style of corned beef is hard to come by so will be ordering more.
