“Hello everybody this page has been created to warn people about Andris Kreicbergs and the courses / automation services he offers, please do not make the same mistake that i did, i unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing one of his Amazon automation courses for $10,000 (£7,876.00) back in March of last year which has turned out to be the biggest mistake i have ever made.
I purchased the course due to seeing the apparent results in his success stories for other clients and like anyone else i was interested in making a better life for me and my family, with another baby on the way I foolishly thought it would be a good investment which would offer us some extra income and take the financial strain off us, how wrong i was.
The service has been absolutely appalling the first thing i found unprofessional was that Andris asked for the payment of $10,000 (£7,876.00) via Paypal no initial offer of even an invoice, i pushed for an invoice to be sent before I made the payment which i got however Andris insisted that the payment was made via Friends and Family on Paypal rather than for goods and services, this did set initial alarm bells ringing as it limits any ability to make a claim against him in the event of something going wrong, in hindsight I should of refused to send money that way because no i have no comeback with Paypal. I urge everybody to never send money this way to pay for any business service.
I had been watching Andris videos for a while and foolishly I trusted him i assumed he obviously wanted to avoid the fees associated with accepting payments via business and services so sent the money, now i realise its also to protect himself in the event of a situation like this one. So the money was sent and the Amazon automation account set up Andris assigned a VA to start adding products to my amazon USA and orders started coming in almost straight away which was a promising sign.
By August the account was doing $40,000 in a month it appeared that everything was going to plan with the account growth although i still had made no profit and was literally breaking even, Andris said that the account would shortly be performing even better and i would be looking to make a decent profit on it, then all of a sudden Amazon suspended the account due to an inauthentic claim on three products that were listed but had never sold on the account this was last August and i had a balance of $19,200 in my Amazon account this is not profit in any way shape or form it is literally the money acquired from the products that i purchased up front.
Andris said that we need to appeal it and that we needed the internal notes from the account he said has an appeals service and that i had to pay another $280 to get the notes and a further $800 for them to write the appeal despite having paid $10,000 for the course already and having made no profit whatsoever. having no other choice i paid for the appeal, the person who dealt with the appeals had really poor communication and took sometimes weeks to reply despite this i did everything she said in the appeals process and amazon rejected all the appeals and have permanently suspended my account, they have said that the account was used for illegal, deceptive means due to the work that was carried out by Andris and the automation team and have permanently withheld all of my funds and have now stopped replying to any form of communication.
Due to investing in Andris Amazon automation service i have now lost my Amazon account permanently and no longer allowed to sell on Amazon worldwide and i am $30,280 out of pocket, I have barely heard from Andris personally since starting the course and he completely disappeared once the account was suspended, for anyone thinking of investing in any of Andris automation courses his methods are completely illegal to Amazons Terms Of Service, his courses and automation services will get you banned off Amazon for life and you will loose any funds that are in the account or any stock that Amazon might hold for you for FBA.
My only chance of recovering my funds from amazon is to sue them via Arbitration which will cost in the region of $12,000 to carry out with no guarantee of winning, I have asked Andris to refund the value of the course so i can put those funds towards taking Amazon to court and explained about how hard things are for us due to having a new baby to look after and he has refused saying that it is completely my responsibility and that his terms and information available make people aware of this risk, needless to say that i was completely unaware that his courses were illegal to Amazon and would lead to a loss of the account and money, nowhere on any of his videos or web information does he make it clear that you can lose your account and loose all of your money to Amazon due to his scammy illegal account activity.
My VA managed 5 accounts for Andris and told me that all but 1 account has been permanently suspended, I have also spoken to 2 other automation clients who are in the same boat as me that's $70,000 profit for Andris off seven closed accounts i am sure there are plenty more out there, he constantly posts about his lifestyle living like a millionaire with his family around the world but don't be fooled he is doing this on the money of people like me and the other automation clients who have been scammed into buying an illegal deceptive course, this is how he makes his real money.
He offered me a free upgrade to an amazon automation FBA account supposedly worth $18,000 but the FBA methods are still illegal to Amazons terms these clients stand a real risk of losing their account, the balance in it and the stock he told me that the best FBA account is doing only $700 profit a month these people paid 18k for this course it will take them years to break even thats if they make it that far, he told me that he has 12 FBA clients thats another $216,000 profit for Andris, this is where his wealth comes from and not from making money on Amazon as he teaches, the guy is a scam artist please share this far and wide and DO NOT make the same mistakes that his other automation clients have.
I will be taking legal action directly against Andris for the full losses I have suffered due to his faulty and misleading service if anyone else is in a similar position to me and has lost out due his services get in contact”
