I logged multiple calls with FBK Support and also communicated with multiple Agents on their chat box who promised that they have escalated the issue to Finance but I'm still stuck with no positive outcome, no money received.
When making a deposit to fund your account it's as simple as ever. However, when making a withdrawal it's the most horrible experience. Totally the opposite of what they preach on Social Media.
To anyone that wants to join FBK, I suggest you think twice before doing so.
And the last worst thing about FBK is that all their contact numbers don't go through when you call. Even their WhatsApp numbers are useless because no one responds in time.
