I'm shocked by the staff that are employed by the FCA therefore it isn't a surprise by the reviews that the FCA isn't fit for the purposes designed. Especially as I've received an insulting email from the HR department that missed off my name in the body of that email that is stated on the application form and email address. Then I sent an email to fees help line email address that is on the automatic email reponse not the email for HR to be told by Autumn Shell that I had sent it to the wrong email address I hadn't it's the miss information from the FCA. Especially again her email didn't state my name in the body of the email. She claimed find email address below it wasn't it wasn't
