“I had to change the delivery address after ordering and the Firebox folks did this with no hassle. Item arrived super quickly and was all round awesome. I think the firebox folks should have aa nice cup of tea and a biscuit to celebrate.”

“I be shopped with Firebox for many years and never disappointed. Their emails are informative and very funny, and they keep you up to date with everything. My delivery was delayed by a day, due to a fault, and firebox emailed me confirming a refund of P&P. Excellent and witty communication :)”

“Love the light. It's brighter than I thought it would be but it's brilliant for sitting in the bath and reading a book. The cover on the bottom for the batteries is a bit difficult to open but once batteries are in they can stay there. I prefer the static or slow change setting . Would definitely recommend.”
