“I ordered on Friday and received my items on Saturday, using standard delivery, I did not pay extra. Love the range of products from weird to exotic and even weirder. The emails are great, they are funny but not bad dad humor. They have a wide range of products, they are perfect for gifts. The packaging is unique. All in all I would definitely recommend (especially the marshmallows, they mysteriously disappeared very quickly).”

“Ordered smartphone projector. Arrived in a couple of days but there was a part missing. Contacted Firebox and they sent a replacement within 24 hours. No messing. Brilliant service. Thank you”

“I liked the zany style of Firebox, which made the slightly wearisome task of choosing and paying for a gift for my grandson stress free and indeed quite enjoyable. The service was very quick and efficient ; I had to add an important detail to the delivery address after I had already completed the order, but the person I spoke to on the phone was patient and helpful. I expect that I will use firebox again, Judith”

“Love these bunny slippers, good quality too. However, I am a UK size 7 and they just about fit. Bit tight but they fit. Take note, if you are anything above size 7, do not buy it. They wont fit you. Other then that, they are a great item, very nicely padded, keeps your feet warm and fun to look at.”

“Have ordered from Firebox on many an occasion and the overall experience is always top quality...this latest occasion was no different.! Packaging along with all the quirky updates make the whole experience enjoyable and memorable...they even managed to get the carrier to deliver early that the stated service which is incredible.! “On the packaging it says the slushy can be made in seconds, I expected a minute or two was more realistic, but it actually takes around 15-20 minutes to make a slushy. Kinda annoying. Also diet drinks can't be used. Considering the above, it is still a decent product and I would recommend it. Just got to be patient.”
