“Having waited spectacularly long for a pre-order item (nothing to do with Firebox themselves, just the product not reaching market), Firebox kept me entertained with updates and funny emails along the way. Item arrived promptly and perfectly packaged, an excellent experience!”

“From start to end my recent purchase with firebox was excellent. From their easy to use mobile website to their fun and quirky email updates about my order, the whole thing was quick and easy. I never had to contact their customer support team so I can't comment on it but if it was anything like the rest of their services I could only imagine it would have been brilliant :)”
