“I was a little bit hesitant about internet shopping from a company that was not part of the ‘big’ collection that most people use but I have to say I was VERY happy that I did. There were no issues with the simple and straightforward buying process and the item arrived in good time and was excellently packed. The item, a heatable llama, is of very good quality and was well received by my partner. All in all I would happily use Firebox again and recommend them to anyone who listens.”
