“The friendly tone and casualness of the website was great, a nice break from what can be very uptight websites sometimes. The service was great as well, with my items coming only two days after I ordered it. “I ordered quite a lot from Firebox. One order didn't arrive as it was out of stock. One label on the item was placed badly, and one was crushed in transit (not enough protection). But after those negative words, I'd like to say that they have the best customer service I've seen in a while. Prompt responses, apologies, and they offered me a full refund on my damaged items without having to send them back (saving me time). Very happy with the way they dealt with everything and I'd happily shop there again.”
