“Flannels in Liverpool twice I was spoken to with utter disregard. Went in initially to ask about a bag. The lady didn't even look at me and gave me no options or advice. Second time I walked in to collect the bag I ordered, same woman was snotty to me and told me i was at the wrong counter. So rude. Will not be spending my time or money there again.”
“Visited the Liverpool 1 store yesterday and would never go in there again. My nephew picked a Canada goose coat for his 18th birthday, it said £320 on the tag he tried it on and was told by the store assistant the coat is no longer £320 its gone up to £450, he said a member of staff hadn't changed the price when the coat came out of the sale. Surely they had plenty of opportunity to change this considering they have more staff then customers. They refused to honor the price, what terrible customer service.”
