About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

“ Its not FBY but the Royal Mail so called 24 hour tracking that I paid for - ordered Wed 1st Oct for delivery on Fri 3rd Oct for a special occasion but only delivered Wed 8th Oct - certainly not 24 hours. Flowers were certainly not at their best but they did start to recover. ”

“ Upon arrival, flowers were drooping. However,after watering, they perked up. The actual delivery was unacceptable. They were left on the steps without any contact being made. If mysister didn't have a visitor, she would never had know they were there. ”

“ The company was very good to deal with and quickly resolved a problem with delivery. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday for a golden wedding anniversary. Unfortunately Royal mail didn't deliver until Tuesday afternoon despite me paying for 24 tracked delivery. Flowers by Post sent a replacement free of charge. ”
