“HI, The Connect Clip is a brilliant piece of equipment added to the Oticon Xceed SP1 I received a few days ago. Though the ConnetClip had some teething problems to overcome and get used to such as connecting to my Dell laptop BlueTooth as well as my mobile with its ConnectClip program, ..... which needs to be rebooted to connect to my hearing aid,..... all of which are worthwhile in spite of being time consumers. On the whole, I would strongly recommend purchasing it, ...... PARTICULARLY FROM FM”

“First used these guys when I got my Roger system a few years back, they really know their stuff, so when I needed a replacement item that had broken (my fault) i knew they’d sort it out and they did - no problems, was back up and running in a few days 👍”
