“Can't praise FM hearing systems enough, very helpful and quick to respond.I have had a couple of issues with receivers no fault of FM hearing systems and they have resolved the problems straight away, no hesitation in recommending them”

Hello Ainsley, we're not really sure what to make about your comment, it's very much out of step with everyone else's feedback and reviews. You had a faulty DAI shoe, you asked us for advice on how to replace it which we did, we think in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. We honestly can't remember in the office anything unusual about your order apart from you mentioning that you felt the audio shoes should last longer in your opinion? Regards, Paul

“I am an AB Naida cochlear implant recipient. I'm very happy with the service and products. I bought the Roger Select, the Roger Table Mic Twin Pack, Roger Receiver, the 170 powercel battery and as back up, the Roger X fm band 03 receiver. The FM Hearing team were very quick to answer queries and supplied helpful, subtitled videos. They processed my order speedily. I'm extremely happy with the service, the expert advice and the help they gave to my audiologist on the phone. All the equipment has been life changing. I can put the mics on long tables and follow conversations of over ten people. I can use the Select in noisy places and direct the sound to a particular speaker, and 'mute' another person's voice to a degree. The table mics are good for quiet, large group settings. The equipment allows me to follow large tables full of people, without straining or lipreading. I tried the system both with the Compilot and X plug in receiver and the powercel and receiver. Both are great. The system has numerous uses.”
