In this day and age having a direct line of communication with the owner (Kyle), his wife (Retta), or one of his guys like Chris is un heard of. Could I have bought all this and just installed it myself? With their super informative ordering process, sure. But after emailing back n forth with Kyle I chose to have them do it because these guys know their sh*t and have been doing it for satisfied customers for years.

“Last month I rode my Indian Challenger from Phoenix to the Forever Rad shop to have them work on my suspension. They installed their Challenger 2" Suspension Lift Bundle With Big Bear Cartridges, springs, and the Bare Knuckles 2” lift plates as well as the kickstand block.
I can’t believe the improvement to the suspension! Stiffer springs were chosen for my weight and riding style, and the forks are now fully adjustable (compression & rebound), although I have not felt the need to adjust it any more after they set it up for me. It is amazing how much more cornering clearance there is now! No more dragging the boards while carving in the mountains and canyons.
I could have had the parts delivered to me in Arizona, but I wanted the pros at Forever Rad to install and set it for me. It was well worth the ride!
Great folks and extremely knowledgeable & professional. I could go on about how extremely cool the shop is, (and it is) but the quality of the parts and workmanship is the best reason to go there!
