“Ordered a Gary Fong flash modifier kit and chose the 3 to 5 working day delivery slot. I received an e-mail confirming that it had been despatched the same day (Friday) and it arrived on the Monday. Excellent service that I'll use again in the future.”

“I prefer to buy from specialist shops rather than concentrating all my on-line purchases onto the big tax avoider...However one has to consider that their logistics do not always match the standards set by Amazon. In this case the item arrived one day too late as I wanted to test it during a photo-trip (ordered 21 march, shipped march 23, first delivery attempt march 26) . I nevertheless recommend this shop if you are not on a tight timeline.”

“I consulted the website before making a purchase and I noticed a few conflicting items. The lens I purchased was listed as in stock normally ships withing 3 days. The website description of "in stock" means available for immediate despatch and "normally ships within 3 days" is described as not held on the premises but despatches from another source. So which is it Fotosense? The website map location for the address does not match and still shows the Bolton site, you may be confused to thinking there is still as shop there! The goods I ordered arrived by Royal mail 4 days after purchase as I selected the 48 hour option which when I was notified by Royal Mail of impending delivery was actually a 24 hour service. I was given to understand that there was a shop in Preston, parts of the site stated it was open at 9.00 am and others 10.00 am. When I requested collecting from the shop as I live nearby I was told the item was not available for collection. So come on Fotosence make it a little easier for us to understand your operation”

“I stumbled across FotoSense while looking for a tripod and head. I had never heard of them before, but they offered a great price, so did some research and read some reviews. Glad I did. The Manfrotto tripod and head I wanted for £208 delivered was by far the most competitive I could find, and it arrived safely about 3 days later. I would definitely shop with them again.”
