“Very good service. I am dropping a star as the item I wanted was not in stock and this was only highlighted to me after I purchased but this is more of a online issue rather than customer service. I was called the next day and lady explained, and offered my order in a different colour as a good will gesture I was surprised to find two extra camera reels (which are quite expensive on there own) with my delivery, so this was handled perfectly. Would definitely use Fotosense again.”

“Very good service and prices. They use Royal Mail which makes it easier for delivery/redelivery/depot collection - rather than a complicated courier service. For this reasons I would order again from Fotosense”

“I ordered a replacement connector for my Tripod a month before I was due to fly out to India for photo work. After 2 weeks without it arriving I was forced to buy another through a more trusted provider. a week after getting back it arrived...no apology or explanation. I'd love to give them the benefit of the doubt and cut them some slack, but they could have really F'd me over.”
